Time for another update.
This time I will try to catch up completely as I didn't take a huge amount of photos over the last few days.

On Tuesday I decided to geek it up again and head to the Kyoto Manga Museum.
You could almost call it a library more than a museum as they have thousands of manga  you can just grab off the self and read.....if you can read Japanese that is. They did have some Manga in English  but there was not that many and they were are all random numbers instead of starting at number 1. It still have some interesting exhibitions and so it was still interesting.
Didn't really take any photos inside as you were not allowed in all the exhibitions areas and I din't thinks books selves of manga would be very interesting.
Here is the couple I did take.

After I headed to Nijo Castle which is a castle in Kyoto and was a residence of the Shogun. You actually got to go inside of the palace area and see the interior and actually walk on the Nightingale floor!!! To be honest most of the time it just sounded like you were walking over a floor with lots of squeaky floor boards though every so often you would come across a board which almost sounded like a bird.....kind of. Again no photos in side but here are some photos of the grounds and walls.

As you can probably tell ifrom the pictures it was raining all day but did clear up on Wednesday!

So Wednesday was mostly clear but probably the coldest day since I have been here at times in the open and with he wind I almost wish I had bought a jacket with me.

So first thing I did head to the Golden Pavilion. Now the biggest problem about visiting thisplace is that there was no way to get there by train and it as going to be a 1 hour walk to get there. To date I have tried real hard to visit places where I didn't have to catch a bus to get too but this time I had no choose I had to catch on to get there .
Oh yeah buses are weird over here, but lucky Kyoto buses are more simpler than most with having a 220 Yen flat rate

Nice garden but a shame the original pavilion burnt down in the 1950s.

After I jumped back on the bus and headed to Toji Temple.

The pagoda is 54 meters high and is the tallest in japan, you could not go inside but you could go into two of the other buildings on site.
No pictures again but both building had these huge bronze (i think) statues of Buddha and his servants, very awesome!
I did visit another temple but for some reason I can't find the photos I took of it.

Today I headed to Nara. Had a few delay getting to my hostel so all I was able to do was visit Nara Park and feed some of the dear and visit a random garden I found.

Its crazy there are so many dear and they are so tame! They even bow there head to try and make you feed them!

Well that is me up to date now but here's one last picture. Look what I found in a vending machine today.

It turned out just to be Diet Cola though.
